The Single Prime System is built on the same proven design as our RDC Rig, with one key difference: the Velcro retention strap has been replaced with gear ties for quieter, more versatile shock-tube management.

Designed with input from experienced breachers and backed by more than a decade of hands-on breaching experience, the Single Prime System is built for fast, controlled deployment. It features a handle-tethered plug, a protective cap cover, and reusable gear ties that adjust easily to secure different lengths of shock tube inside the sleeve.

The gear ties also make post-initiation cleanup much easier. Spent shock tube can be quickly secured and kept out from under your team’s feet—without tape or a tangled mess hanging from the back of your armor.

The 3D-printed main handle retainer is built for durability. Each component is printed nearly solid with extra-thick walls using an engineering grade,  UV and impact resistant filament. Sharp corners have been eliminated to reduce stress points and improve long-term reliability. Every line, opening, and feature serves a specific purpose.

For deployment, pull the cap, connect it to the charge using a QCC, then deploy the remaining shock tube from the bottom of the system.
