I received my rapid reward holder and I'm beyond grateful for the quality of the product and the support that High Order Tactical has brought to me for my duty belt. This holder is perfect for my dutch shepherds regular size Kong rewards! Makes it much faster and easier to reward on source without having to dig around in pockets looking for it.
First the suspender system is as advertised. Nothing cuts into your shoulders as the weight from your belt floats off your hips. If you have some help it’s simple to adjust and get a snug balanced fit. By yourself may be a lot of taking it off and on to get it just right. I’ve been wearing them for about 10 shifts. I didn’t wear them to range and wish I had half way thru training. The suspenders make a difference on the hips and lower back.
Secondly the customer service at HOT is top of the line. I have ordered from the company in the past and waited an unusual amount of time for the suspenders to arrive. I reached out by email, which was replied to within a day. The owner told me more suspenders were ordered than anticipated but mine would be arriving within a week. He offered some money back on the suspenders or a generous discount on my next purchase. I took the discount, I’m sure this business will be putting out another product I want. In addition to treating customers well the company stands behind their product. The attachments to the belt itself were improved upon and 2.0 was shipped to me without having to make a request or pay for the latest update.

Well made holster via Kydex. I purchased a blet clip as well so I switched out the Molle clip and use the holster for work. Overall great product. Keep it coming!
