I make a lot of niche gear for Law Enforcement, and K9 teams will always have a special place in my heart. This was a fun design.  

K9 teams are hard on gear. Going over chain link, squeezing through fence boards or tracking through the blackberries, your gear needs to be secure. The toy "snaps" in to ensure it's not going to go anywhere and the top is flared for easy re-holstering.  The shock cord (bungee) is adjustable, so you can set the level of retention you need for your specific toy.  As with all of my gear, I threadlock everything to prevent screws from coming loose.  I place rivets in all of the lace holes to prevent the shock cord from fraying.  

All of my gear has a lifetime warranty. If it breaks, I'll fix or replace it. 

My company motto is "Anything worth doing, is worth OVER doing."  This toy holster is an example of that philosophy.
